  • for starters, the wifi is terrible. it's so slow and unstable you could barely do anything with it, even not check the email. secondly, the elevator is extremely slow and makes unsettling noise constantly. what's more, the copy machine for customers in the lobby and the landline in my room are not working. i reported it to the front desk but no one was sent to fix things for two days. fourthly, the rooms are not very sound proof. fifthly, it didn't happen to me so I put it in the last. my friend checked in a day before me but the front desk gave her rooms that were already occupied, for twice. when she walked in the rooms and found out there were people in bed who stared at her in shock, it was more than embarrassing. all in all, the hotel seems to be not very well maintained. the fancy layout means nothing if the basic things aren't even functional.
