  • Well where do I start? Never been a fan of this place. I feel like something is going to fall on me while I walk the aisle. Can never find anything. So yesterday I go in for anything flame retardant. A patch or a spray, anything cause I am desperate to repair my sons racing pants. On their website they show products. So I ask for help. They say no we don't have anything like that. But to be sure they tell me they will get the kingpin whoever that is, well he abruptly said no. Oh and he said someone asked for the exact thing last week. Hmm! Well I say I saw it online, well that apparently annoyed him because you know all Ace Hardwares are individual owned and they carry what they want. Who knew? Well I knew they were owned separately. I just wonder why they have a universal website if the stores don't carry what they say they carry. So again not my favorite place. So maybe I will call first next time.
