This comment is about customer service. In a word, none. Reservations were made in early January for April 14, daughter and i attending R&R induction ceremony. Received a call today, April 3, saying hotel would be closed for renovations. As if they had not known before? Now all the close downtown hotels have no availability and our plans ruined for walk to restaurant and event. Why would they close so suddenly and not notify in timely manner. Bedbugs?
