rev:text	Oh where do I start! We reserved our car online as we normally do with multiple other companies. Online we reserved a mid size SUV with "unlimited miles & no extra fees". We do always expect additional prices based on insurance and what not but $200 later we were pretty shocked, especially being that we have full coverage insurance. A few of the reasons this place is HORRIBLE! - you need a utility bill to rent a vehicle (they said everywhere requires that....um nope the last 3 rentals we got have not required that) - they have tons of fees! There is no point in having full coverage insurance or rental insurance with them because they will tell you it covers nothing - the staff likes to butt in on each other's guests and give their opinions and how your wrong from across the room. They are unbelievably condescending when they speak to you. All said and done after all these issues and about an hour we still were going to get the rental. Go check it out and notice it has no plates. They directed us to the temp tag on the front. That would have been fine too had it not been expired. So we go let them know, and they said they will rewrite it....I don't think that's how temp tags work, but ok I'll go with it. I asked for some kind or proof of valid registration, they said it was in the car....which it was not!!! So after the hidden fees, false advertisement, rude staff, no license plates and no proof of insurance, we chose to go to Payless rental car. They were amazing! Had none of these issues and were in and out in 15 min. So to sum up this review DONT GET A RENTAL FROM HERE!
