  • I did not have a good experience with Charity. The tow truck driver provided poor customer service on the phone. He called me to see exactly where I was because I was in a large shopping center. No biggie, I don't mind that at all. However, he was less than friendly and presented a demeanor as if I was an inconvenience. Upon arrival, he is puffing on his cigarette. Gets out of the truck and asked me to open my trunk to look for something for the tow. As he is searching in my trunk he still has the lit cigarette in his mouth as ash is falling off in my trunk and the smoke is trailing about. I do NOT smoke and I CANNOT STAND the smell! How unprofessional and inconsiderate. That alone pissed me off. I hope to never have to endure such a thing again!
