  • I truly can't put into words just how much I Ioved these little pillows of awesomeness! Just Dumplings had a booth at the Yelp Live & Local event last night and it was my favorite sampling of the night. I tried all of the flavors and I seriously LOVED all of the flavors. However, in my opinion, the Sweet Pork Belly Dumpling was the star of the show and will forever have a special place in my heart. As if the deliciousness of these perfect little dumplings aren't enough...the business owner and dumpling extraordinaire (Mindy Bui) is so friendly and super sweet! She has a real passion for her craft and it shows in the quality of her ingredients (organic, locally-sourced, and super fresh) and the execution of her product. I wish Mindy and Just Dumplings the very best of luck in their new business venture. I can only hope that they delivery to my area someday!
