  • This company started calling me over and over again to apparently schedule a service request from my landlord. They called me FIVE time from 8:31am to 8:55am. I was in a meeting and kept sending the calls to voicemail and they just KEPT calling. Thinking maybe someone was hurt or injured and calling me from a phone number I didn't recognize I finally interrupted my meeting to step out and answer. It's a freaking AC company! When I told them I'd call them back and hung up they started calling back again! "There's no reason for you to hang up on us, sir" Are you freaking kidding me??? They kept calling when I went back into my meeting and I had to actually block their number. Unless my house is on fire or my child is sick to call me that many times is unbelievably rude. They just lost any shot at servicing my unit and my landlord (who has purchased two AC units from them previously) will no longer do business with them. High pressure sales may have worked in the 90's but this is so RUDE and there are too many other companies to choose from. Stay far away from this one.
