| - Shoule be zero stars! So, we have been here a few times before and everything was totally fine. Today, I was there with my family and we were in the back by the patio, and on the patio there is a bird flopping around, bleeding, obviously hurt...all 6 of us AND the table next to us that had kids kept looking and worrying, we told the waitress 3 times to.tell someone (she did) and she told some guy eho worked there and thought the bird was dead...we kept waiting for them to put a box on top or save it...anything...but instead they called their property management company and they said they'd be out in a while to take care of it...BUT WE WERE EATING and my kids and the tables next to us had kids that were all sad and hiding their faces...still nothing happened we were watching the bird. So my father started calling around for vets...we were about 500 feet away from an emergency vet, so he got a box and scooped the bird in to the 'to go box' he was given, and him and I ran the still alive, flopping, bloody bird down the street to the vet. When we came back, the table next to us thanked us. Then our food was cold, I tried to eat, but my patty melt was basically an old leather shoe even though I asked for med rare...my father lost his appetite and said he didn't want his food, but he would pay for it...but then the manager SARAH came over and asked 'if there was a problem'...i told her the story and my father interrupted me and just said 'don't worry i will still pay for my food' and she rudely said OH OK and walked away...not one person thanked my father except for THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! So I decide I'm going to go talk to someone...i feel my food was so crappy and my father was treated rude...but of course SARAH was in charge and agreed to speak to me, and I told her CALMLY, I feel like you guys could have comped my fathers meal, he took away a dying bloody bird that bothered us and the people next to us...and she gets loud and says 'I didn't know but I couldn't have moved you anyway because we were full! We called property management what else could we do!?!?!' And I said 'our waitress was awesome but I think with my horrible patty melt, and us watching that bird flop around about 6 feet away from us, you could have been kinder and more accomodating...' and while I'm talking she rolls her eyes and starts to look away and smirk...and I lost it...i told her 'since you want to act like this, I'm going to tell the school apt, my Scottsdale mommy blog and everyone I know at the schools down the street that you treated us badly, let dying rodents stay, and rolled your eyes and looked away while I'm trying to talk to you and that I've never been treated so shitty at a restaurant in my life'...and she slams her towel and gets up and says 'if you're cussing at me I'm walking away'....and she walked away! Some guy who was leaving with his family was laughing when I walked by and said 'I can't believe she walked away from you after all that"...i said 'no kidding!!!' I guess he heard us. I will never come back and I will tell everyone at the 3 local schools I am involved in what happened! I am so disappointed and disgusted!!!!!!
