  • This is my second time using Umbrella Movers. My husband and I first used them last July when we moved into our house. We recently purchased a vertical piano from my husband's co-worker's neighbor. At first we were thinking of moving it ourselves but who we're we kidding?! I did a quick search on professional piano movers and made a quick call to one of the companies I found but since it was a Sunday no one picked up. I decided to give Umbrella Movers a call and to my surprise Katherine picked up the phone despite it being a Sunday. I asked if her company has experience moving pianos and she said yes. She made arrangements with my husband to help pick up a budget truck for the move and the movers came on time and finished everything w/i 2 hours (this includes the drive time for picking up and dropping off the rental truck and moving the piano from my husband's co-worker's garage to our house). Once again, Umbrella Movers has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again in the future.
