| - My father passed in early February of 2018, Palm did the cremation. I asked for the death certificates from Nevada State Health Department after his death. Palm informed us that they would let us know so I could pick up ashes and certificates at Palm in mid March. It is now April 10. with no updates from Palm even after leaving three messages with employees to call us back on the updates. NO RESPONSES!! I called them today, April 10, 2018, to find out why it was taking so long and no responses from them, I talked to Naomi, she had no explanations or reasons on the Palm delay. I called the Nevada Health Department. To my SURPRISE, they informed me that Palm had picked up the death certificates over a month ago!! I spoke with Naomi, who informed me that the certificates were picked up on March 7, 2018!!!! The delay and not informing us that it was ready has caused pain, suffering in our family. What gives Palm cemetery? You suppose to be understanding in these times of need!!! How could you be so insensitive to our grieving family!! No response after leaving three messages with employees on the disposition of the very important certificates, UPDATES!!!! NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER!! Just treating my fathers death as business as usual cause you got your payment for your services, HAH! what service!!! Pain and suffering will never go away from this incident!!!
