  • My ipad 2 screen cracked and after reading about this store and the good reviews, I decided to give them a try. They replaced the screen, all looked good and then got it home and couldn't punch in my code. It seems the numbers 4, 5 and 6 would not register. I called them the next day and they told me to bring it back in as sometimes this happens with the glass. Went back in and dropped it off again and picked it up a little over an hour later. Everything was ok once they fixed it. I would advise to check this out before you leave the store so you are not inconvenienced. There should be a way to check out the screen as well before they give it back to the customer. I would still recommend this place. Also bought the coupon to save the $10.
