  • In 2015 I purchased a new 75 gallon water heater. Tom was extremely helpful and educated me about electrolysis and how an anode rod works. Today, Jose Ortiz installed a new anode rod, the old one had been eaten away in less than 3 years. It had obviously done its job. Jose was polite and efficient, arriving as scheduled. I could not be more pleased.
