  • Poor customer service. Stingy with BBQ sauce...when I had a big order and asked for extra he said I added a big one like I'm not supposed to need more. Extremely disappointed. The brisket is rubbery and not lean like I asked. Cherry on top of this mess - missing bread. No excuse, it was the slowest time we were the only ones there ordering to go. Midwood smokehouse from now on!
