If you ever wanted to know what an unhappy employee looks like while pretending to look overjoyed working for a company that represents "The Happiest Place On Earth" then this is the place to go.
This place is located inside the South Premium Outlet mall off the corner of Warm Springs and Las Vegas Blvd. Im sorry but doesnt "Premium" and "Outlet" cancel each other out? Usually outlet stores sells things that are much cheaper due to overstock, out of season, etc. Here overall in the whole mall things are still a bit marked up and its even shopping here at here at the Disney Store the prices dont seem to be any better than being at the actual place. Of course if it is cheaper its something that is not your size or its something that is just not selling.
Back to the employees. Not one we encountered seemed genuinely happy in working there. It was like they were just released from prison and are now on parole serving out their probation by working here. I felt like giving all of them snickers in hopes of them transforming into actual employees that are grateful to work there. If you are ever trying out for a dramatic part in a movie or play and your role calls for a lot of sad parts that you cause tears to form come here and try to interact with the employees. If you are here long enough, you will feel depressed and sad causing you to cry.
In closing, if at all possible, dont shop here especially if you are in a good mood. That will get shot down as soon as you step foot in this place. I had no choice but to come here to get presents for my 3 year old niece because she loves any thing Disney especially Minnie Mouse. I spent about 100 bucks for a Minnie dress, shoes, Minnie ears, and a hoodie. I dont think I saved any money there. I got out as soon as I paid so that I wouldnt start getting depressed and no, its not because I just spent a hundred bucks just for a couple of things. My niece is lucky I love her that much.
