  • So I called 2 months in advance to make a reservation for a table for 6-8 ppl for fight weekend 2015. My contact with an events person, Ty Riley was awesome, In the beginning. When my party and I arrived Friday night, my contact was nowhere to be found, by text, phone, or in person. I settled for another escort. We were seated in the lower VIP area next to the restaurant. I pre-warned our escort that we were professional partiers, so please ensure proper service. He assigned us a waitress who must have literally just started working there. It took her an hour to get out bottles. My friend caught her wandering around aimlessly and politely told her that we were still waiting for service. All I'm going to say is a couple from my party left, and another person that was with us had to almost curse a manager out. This kind of ruined it for any other Tao nightclub situation.
