  • The store is enormous and has a wide variety to choose from. It appears clean, I constantly see employees tidying up. It's extremely frustrating to shop here for me personally. I will see a style I like, a color I enjoy, go to try it on.... no luck. They almost NEVER have my size in stock. On the few occasions they have it's awesome! Today is a great example of failure, went in searching for either boots or flats.... every style I liked, all size 9s were gone. I was able to try on one pair of flats I liked and unfortunately they didn't fit right. Kind of disappointing. The staff is also hit and miss. Some are great and seem like they genuinely want to help. Others are very cranky... I've actually received an eye roll. Not cool.
