| - First things first...WOW!! Gloss it, killed it with this one. I bought my 2018 silver stinger about a month ago and one of the first things I wanted to do was to get it protected from rock chips and dirt. I didn't know much about paint protection at all, until I did some googling and found Gloss it online. Let's just say, I learned a lot! I decided to schedule a Super Wash at Gloss it, to get my baby cleaned up, but mostly to see how the customer service was. In my world, the product/service could be great...but if the customer service isn't on par, forget it! Well, the customer service was on point.
When I first walked into the shop, Edgar promptly got a few pieces of additional info from me and checked my car. I told him I was interested in getting a quote for paint protection film and ceramic coating. He connected me with Rich Light (the big enchilada). Rich walked up and was more than happy to explain the various processes and how things worked. This is his vision and I could tell he had a passion for it. The most important thing was that he didn't try to up sell me. He spoke about paint coating, he spoke about the clear bra and he listened to what I wanted and made his recommendations. I was a little hesitant because I had never had this done before, but I decided to go with the EVO Quartz 7H, partial clear bra ,and the leather and vinyl ceramic coating for the inside. We setup an appointment for the following Friday (3/23/18), though he recommended I bring it in Thursday night right before closing so they could get on it first thing Friday and have it done by Saturday (3/24/18). Yeah, I liked that idea!
Fast forward; Rich calls me at about 930 am on Saturday (3/24/18) and tells me my car is wrapping up, talk about fast! All I could think of was of how fast I could get my other errands done and head down to the shop. I got there at about 1130 am and Rich brought me into the garage...wholly crap my car looked awesome! The car shined 100 times better than when I bought it. The silver flakes popped and the interior was amazing. As I walked around the car to check out the work I kept thinking I liked the car before, but I'm in love now.
I'll end my long story with this. I only met a few folks at the shop; Edgar, Rich, and Carlos...but they were awesome. I can't thank Gloss it and their crew enough for the work they did on my car and any hesitation that I might have had before, went away the moment I saw my car. You guys rock and for anyone reading my review, if you're gonna get this process done here in Vegas...do yourself a favor and walk into Gloss it's studio and talk to Rich.
