This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced with an airline, and in comparing to other terrible experiences flying in the US, that's a big statement.
I show up to the airport to find the flight randomly canceled "due to weather" which was a bold-faced lie. The only support the rep and her supervisor could provide was to say I could take a similar flight the next day which they soon said was actually full. I asked if they could book one of the other dozen flights going to NYC in the next few hours so I could make my international connection. They said I could at my own expense but had to book through jet blue. $400 and a lot of poor treatment later, I call to see what I will get reimbursed. They said $130 jet blue bucks. What the hell is that? When I complained, they scolded me about my language (and I think I just said this was terrible treatment and didn't say any harsh words or personal attacks).
