  • This place was good. I expected a really awkward and painful first visit (what's up, Brazilian?), but it was neither of those things. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes, and the girls were super friendly and informative. Also, this was basically painless for me. I kept reading online that this process feels like a rubber band snap, but Simplicity has machines that blow a stream of freakin' arctic temperature air while the laser is working, which totally negated any pain. I also have no redness, swelling, "goosebumps", or other weirdness, and I'm a bit over 24 hours post-appointment. So far, so good. If this process is successful, I will use it for other areas because I see no down side so far. Pros: Fast, painless, nice folks, way less expensive than my dermatologist. Cons: They book out pretty far, but not beyond the 6 week point... That is how long you need to wait between visits for the same area anyway. Tips: Bring a sweater. BRR.
