rev:text	There were so many things wrong with my appointment. -My "master tax advisor", with supposedly 13 years of experience, took almost 2 hours preparing my taxes with 1W-2, claiming head of household, education expenses and 2 children for Earned Income Taxes but only 1 for other taxes. -My bill was over $300. They charge $8 to file as head of household. They nickle and dime you over every thing. -I didn't pay the $40 peace of mind guarantee, and the "tax expert" messed up. He claimed both children instead of just one. This mistake is causing me to have to file an amendment and risk getting audited, which won't be covered without the guarantee. -I didn't receive an actual apology from the "tax expert". He stared at me, said people make mistakes, that he is human and he couldn't do anything. -While I was there, the CPA told the receptionist to misquote a price to someone shopping around for taxes (told her to quote $500-$600, which is way more than they actually charge for that service) because "we never make money off of shoppers." -When explaining to corporate why I was upset, they said the location had double screens, so why didn't I follow along? (Blame the customer much?) This location is unscrupulously run with tax advisors that probably only work during tax season and then do nothing to keep up on their knowledge. Come here if you want to overpay, possibly get your taxes done wrong, which will increase your risk of audit (better opt for that $40 peace of mind), and be blinked at for being upset about it. Me? After at least 10 years of being a customer, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Screw me once...
