  • Two weeks after spending $4600 with Baker's we noticed pits and holes in our travertine. We called to ask if they could help us, but they had no interest in helping us! Tom's response "you are so far out there!" "Go to Home Depot and get some grout". We did go and get the recommended grout but it did not really work. Rather disappointing considering the money spent! Would never use them again!
