  • Amazing is an understatement and close by the convention center make this the new best sushi in Las Vegas. Even if it were not AYCE, I would still come here! Here's my recommendations: #1 Salmon Belly nigiri tied with Hamachi nigiri #2 Wasabi Tobiko #3 Super White Tuna with jalapeno (sashimi) This is the type of place that when it gets really popular (been open for 9 months), you'll have to get here early (6PM). Their Salmon belly is actually better than any Chu-toro or O-toro at the higher end places and a fraction of the price. Wonderful!!!
