  • We purchased 2 chamberlain garage door openers as well as the installation and paid for it directly to Lowes. We took the openers home with us and was told someone from Lowes will call the next day. Lowes did call the next day to verify we had the openers in our possession and to advise us Cactus Garage Door will call the following day. The next day a woman called from Cactus Garage Doors to schedule our installation. She was very polite, friendly and professional. Our install was scheduled for the next day anywhere between 10am-1pm. Anthony arrived I think around 10:45am. He got right to work IN THE BOILING HEAT and was done in under 2 hours. My husband was thrilled with the job Anthony did. He loved that he replaced some old parts and added some new ones (that wasn't in the boxes!). Anthony spent lots of time happily explaining how to operate the new openers with the better technology and showed us what it can do. Anthony was super courteous, polite, super efficient, friendly and last but not least very knowledgeable about what he does. He did an awesome job! He asked us numerous times if we had questions and happily answered every one of them. Also all the boxes, old openers, papers, debris etc. was all cleaned up and gone before he called us into the garage to go over everything. I don't know why this company has so many negative reviews but I see most usually involve a home warranty issue something this company really has no control over. This happened to us once before with another company Lowes sent where we had absolutely no problem with yet people left extremely bad reviews again because of their home warranty issues (see my review on Yelp for Avalon Appliance Repair).
