  • I rarely have time to take my car to a car wash and usually use a mobile car wash at my office. I had a Friday off last week for my son's high school graduation and decided to give Showtime a shot. I was told when I went in that there was "No way" it would take over an hour to get my car washed, as I was in time restriction. An hour and fifteen minutes later, my car was just getting washed. I ended up having to tell them to cut my wash short because of the time it took, no interior done or dash shine (which I paid extra for). No offer to take care of me later or refund for what I paid for and didn't receive. Then to top it off, when I went out to my car, they broke an emblem off of my car. This is a hand wash! How could you break an emblem off and not know it! Needless to say, I didn't receive what I paid for, wasted a lot of my time and have to pay for damages to my car on top of it. Poor service.
