  • This is my second review and since Bumblebee did SUCH a great job again, I really want to share with everyone. Today, Jae was the tech. He could have told me to replace my dishwasher hose which is actually what I called them to do. Instead, he adjusted the hose in hopes that it would save me $. Before he left, he gave me a quote to replace the hose if this doesn't do the trick and he gave me other suggestions as well. I can't ask for anything more than this friendly man and top-notch service...these guys NEVER disappoint and neither does the administration in the office....so on point....so prompt...so organized. Never will I ever go with any other plumbing service, EVER. By the way, my home warranty company DID send another company out (a while back) to look at a separate dishwasher problem and when I asked that guy about the dishwasher smell, he claimed the hose looked just fine (even though all "clean" dishes smelled like rotting food). Jae, however, from Bumblebee Plumbing knew right away that the hose was not assembled correctly and it could VERY much have something to do with the horrible smell AND dumped out rotting food from the hose! And, he gave me steps to take if his simple adjustment doesn't do the trick in the long run. All I had to pay was a service call. Thank you Jae and Bumblebee!
