  • Having just moved to the area, I was thinking of just using the same national chain I've used for windshield replacements in the past. But after calling around, I found Walter and Gregg at Alpha Auto. They quoted me a price that was over $100 less than the chain (with better warranty/crack/ding coverage), and Walter set me up for an appointment the next morning. Gregg showed up 15 minutes early, explained the process to me, and then went to work. He had the windshield replaced in well under an hour, and explained 'follow up' care to me before offering contact info for both he and Walter should I have any problems or questions in the future. I'm super pleased with the friendly, professional work of Alpha Auto Glass and while I hope I don't need a new windshield again soon, if I do, I will for sure call these guys again.
