My friend and I had heard about how great the aerial yoga class was at The Princess from non-hotel guests who attended class in the past. We called ahead to find out the details, as they aren't listed on their website. My friend was told over the phone that we could come on Saturday or Sunday morning and simply needed to arrive 30min prior to sign up as reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
When we arrived early on a Saturday morning to sign up, the spa front desk told us we were unable to take the class since we weren't a current guest. They told us we would need to book a spa treatment or they would do us a "favor" by letting us buy a day pass for the fitness center for $45 in order to take the aerial class. It was clear that we were not wanted to use the facility without purchasing a service that moment. Needless to say we were very disappointed by the miscommunication and poor customer service we received. We will not return for any services and highly recommend others do the same.
