If I could leave worse than a 1 star I would. I called in a lunch for 8 people 24 hours in advance. They took my order, asked for my credit card info, and assured me the lunch would be ready the next day. I showed up to a bunch of people acting confused and playing the blame game. Not one person new anything about the lunch and the girl working up front simply laughed and said, "Oh well, someone must have forgot to put the order in, haha!" I asked to speak with a manager and was informed there are no managers on duty. I then asked for the owners name and received a blank stare. Long story short, their awful customer service cost me business. Reps should avoid this place at all costs.
