**update** so after I wrote the the previous review someone sent me a message asking me to send my mailing address so they could send me a coupon to apologize and try again. Well, it's been quite awhile and even though I sent my info right away I have not heard anything nor received anything from Corporate. Very disappointed!!! Not just about the coupon either, Like if you weren't going to send me anything that would have been fine with just an apology but it's because they offered and never followed up.

The cooks didn't inform the order takers they were out of gluten free buns so I ordered and paid and then was told after the fact. So they put it on a tortilla but still charged the same amount. The manager never even came to apologize or anything.
