  • This was an overall uncomfortable experience for me and my husband. We have had massages and reflexology treatments at other locations, so when we saw the price and decent reviews we thought we'd give them a try. When we arrived, we were checked in and the staff applied our Groupon and were told, "Don't purchase the Groupons. We charge the same price." We were then told that for each 60-minute/$20 session, there was a "minimum $10 tip". Wow...50% tip??? There was also a sign posted as you enter the "treatment" area stating the "minimum" tips for each type of session. There was no place to lock up my purse. I was just told to "place it on the table in the corner". We weren't told what to expect or how to dress, so we dressed comfortably for a "foot reflexology treatment". Several reviews stated to be prepared because the "treatment" wasn't just was a complete body massage. The reviews were correct...but that doesn't mean I was thrilled. The staff paid little attention to my legs and feet, and seemed more interested in my upper body. Needless to say, we didn't relax, nor did we enjoy our experience. We will not be returning.
