  • The agents are rude, and do not disclose all fees up front. They charged my credit card even after I was told they wouldn't until the dispute was settled. They wouldn't admit to their error, and then said they could charge the card but not refund it. All in all, they were unclear, not at all helpful, and deceiptful.
