I think it's important to tell people what's in store for them if they choose to bring their vehicle here for service. Hear that giant sucking sound? That's the Service Department at Stadium Nissan inhaling all the money out of your account while simultaneously hosing you. I had been a faithful Nissan customer for DECADES, and had regularly brought my car to Stadium for service. As my vehicle (a 2000 Maxima kept in pristine shape with mileage at just 100K) grew older, the work got more and more expensive and the recommendations for service more and more extensive. It culminated in February when I took it in for tuneup and they told me I had to replace the engine wiring harness. Are you freaking kidding me? They wanted me to replace the harness for nearly $4,000. So here's the real kicker, and what you should all be very very afraid of....I got the name of a trusted mechanic from another Nissan dealer who is trustworthy and guess what? The car needed the right SPARK PLUGS!!!! Cost me $80.
Do yourself a serious favour, and do not bring your Nissan to this dealer.
No doubt, this will get a "I am really sorry for your bad experience" like some of the others here. DON'T BOTHER. I don't trust you as far as I can throw you. And you will never never never get me back. You have completely turned a loyal Nissan customer in an angry ranting consumer who feels it is her duty to warn other customers before they get royally fleeced.
Take a good long look at the ratings for this place here and on other sites (Google for one). Sales get 4-5 stars, service ratings are consistently in the trashcan.
