  • This review is for Detail Dept. - Just bought a civic coupe. Detail dept did not clean the car up properly. The car wasnt even washed. Inside windows were so blurry I could barely see out the back window. I specifically told them to make sure the inside of the window were clean didn't happen. Hard water spots on all the windows I can't get them off with just windex. The sales guy said I quote "what do you expect for $8 an hr." I don't care I expected the car to be showroom ready and I didnt come close. Bugs on front bumper, The black side panel by door had some kind of stain on on it said he would clean it up didn't happen. I would love to take this car back and have them detail it to my specifications. Don't buy a car on a Saturday detail dept is not there. Alls they did was gas it up and throw the mats down in the car.
