This was a really pleasant surprise. Bar scene when I entered was hardly upscale, and I wondered if this place was going to be serious about food. However, my server's professionalism quickly put me at ease. I figured I'd go for the signature dishes so I started with the salmon pizza. The salmon is cured in house and it was great. I then had the beef stroganoff which was super. Someone in the kitchen is paying careful attention. Pasta was house made and perfectly al dente, delicious mushroom truffle sauce. The short rib was really flavorful. The bread pudding dessert was totally killer. White chocolate covered cap'n crunch was absolute genius. Paired with a free house red (a mellow Cabernet) thanks to yelp and I was totally happy. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.
