| - Took about 1 hour.
Get in my car and drive to Rainfall car wash one block away and 6 lights associated with the brakes come on.
Drive back to Motorcars and explain no lights were on when I arrived, which was also shown on my paperwork BEFORE my inspection, because if the car was brought in with lights on, it would have been documented on my original paperwork, but documented on my secondary paperwork after I brought the car back.
From the beginning they blamed me and asked for me to use my extended warranty.
$490 when I planned to pay $25 for an oil change.
Manager claims that its no way that they could have did any wrong.

First thing out of the service persons mouth was its going to be $79.99 to check the problem, $79.99 for something that should be free.
Everything you say, they have a debate about it, it's a counter attack, it's always not "our or their fault, how could we have done that".
Never take responsibility!!!
Decided to go back to this place and get an oil change for $19.99.
Came in with no lights on the dash, got in my car and drove next door and ABS and brake lights on.
Came back the next day and they said I need to pay $79.99 for them to see what's wrong.
The service person George Madison decided to debate me about the situation, what's to debate when we didn't have this problem when I came in?
I always get on my wife about supporting businesses with terrible service, I will never go back to this place, I made this mistake twice!!!
I rather drive 30 miles to Akron and get all service for now on.
Will be going to small claims court!
