  • We called Palladino's the day before we needed to get the carpets cleaned in a townhouse we were moving to in Scottsdale. The owner was able to schedule us quickly which was very much appreciated. The representative who came the next morning to clean our carpets was great (apologies, I cannot remember his name.) He was friendly, professional and was able to get the job done quickly. The main reason we needed the carpets cleaned/deodorized was because the previous tenants had a dog with very long hair. The cleaning helped with the hair/smell but idid not get rid of it completely, maybe because that type of issue with carpet needs more than one treatment. Either way, we were pleased with our overall experience with the company and will most likely be using them again in the future.
