  • Everybody is super nice, but the wait times are terrible. I had a 7:30am appointment, was the 2nd person in the waiting room, and still had to wait 45 minutes. That was a short wait. I once had to wait over an hour for a simple bandage change, and when I went to the reception desk to find out when I was going to get in, it was obvious they forgot about me. Nice people, terrible time management skills.
