| - Nice, clean office. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed the Netflix/Bose headphones. Definitely took my mind off being at the dentist!
My one word of advice: Stop trying to push fancy products on people. Most people don't like it when someone tries to sell them something they don't need. If you notice a patient suddenly becomes quiet or tries to end the conversation with an "I'll think about it," that patient probably is feeling a little uncomfortable, maybe even annoyed, and just wants the conversation to be over. I don't NEED a hundred dollar electric toothbrush. Every dentist I have ever been to said a plain, soft bristle is all you need and you can get them for a dollar so why try to sell me on an expensive product when you know deep down I do not need it? The lady even started out with saying, "It doesn't look like you need it based on your gum health, but let me tell you about this thing." I refused several times, but she continued the sales pitch. If I refuse the first time, drop the issue. It looks to me that you guys sell Phillips products. After the toothbrush, I had them try to sell me fluoride paste even before they found out I had a cavity.
Not a big issue, but it makes patients lose trust in you when you try to talk them into buying things they do not need. That's my only problem with the place. Compared to my other dentists in the past, no one tried give me a sales pitch.
