  • We decided to try J's because it's near our home. The first time was great. They did our dry cleaning and some hemming. The second time I had a suit and sport jacket dry cleaned. When I picked up my dry cleaning and got it home I realized that they gave me someone else's suit. They were unable to find mine, so I'm out about $500 for a suit. The asian lady (Jun?) was very polite but said that they would not pay to replace it because it had been over 24 hours since I picked it up. I would not recommend J's Cleaners at all.
