  • Had a great stay at the Cromwell!! From the moment I steped out of the cab I was immediatly greated by the bellman who escorted me to the front desk for check in. My room wouln'd be ready for a while so i killed some time in the Bound bar. Bound is very impressive with some awesome drinks and very cool bartenders. Not your typical jaded Vegas employees here. My room was great and very stylish. The rooms at the Cosmopolitan have nothing on the rooms at the Cromwell!! I didn't even mind my view of a wall. The bathroom has a great shower. Might be to flashy for some but not me. This may be my new favorite place to gamble. It not a huge maze of a casino, its very cozy and inviting. Drink service was also on point! My only complaint was the one day I went up to the pool at around 5:45 and ordered a beer. Immediately the security guard comes up to me and says "sorry we're getting ready to close up. Its supposed to be open until 7pm. Not too big of a deal but I just wish places would stick to there posted hours. What really made me fall in love with the Cromwell was the customer service. Everyone from the Bellman, Front Desk, Security, Dealers, Bartender were outstanding!! I can't wait to go back!!!!!
