  • This company bought Stonegate mortgage which was my lender. I had auto online payment since June 2014. Once they took over, they stopped my auto payment without noticing me. Now I am not allowed to pay online, neither auto pay. I requested a payoff statement at least 10 times including email and priority mail requests. For 40 days past I never got the payoff statement. You know why? Because my rate is 4.5%. Everytime I called, I was told I would get one tomorrow. But I never did. Something is wrong with this company. If you are looking for a mortgage company, I suggest you to find a good one, not this junk company.
