  • I am so so impressed with Inglot. They have made a loyal fan out of me. To sum it up, outstanding customer service. I went in to check out their Freedom System after much lurking online. The sales associate, Shy, was the sweetest girl I've met all day. She let me play around, take my time, and was not pushy at all. We had a great conversation about makeup and different formulations. She knew what she was talking about and made some helpful recommendations. I love all things beauty but I just didn't feel like wearing a full face that day. Skin wasn't up for it. The treatment I received made me feel I would be welcome and not judged no matter how I looked, which isn't necessarily the case in other stores. In the end, she gave me a sample of the best selling gel liner with my purchase. And who doesn't love samples? I'll definitely be returning. So happy that Toronto has an Inglot and even happier to see that their customer service and company culture is phenomenal.
