| - This is unfortunate that after many years of having vehicles washed here, since the first time there was a car wash built in this building, I will be calling it quits.Today when I arrived at the self-service, while I was talking to someone on the phone, I went to choose my (inexpensive) wash. It was about 4:30 today, and the "dude" who came up to my car tried to "save" me money with some upsell of their most expensive wash. I explained I knew what I wanted and that I was in kind of a hurry, and this customer service MVP and salesman of the year told me I was rude, that I had interrupted him, and that (as said above) he was just "trying to save you some money." It's funny, but I kind of know what I want and I know how much I want to spend. As it is, I realize now I don't want to spend even the cheap amount for what's now a sub-par wash even if it is convenient to where I work, if it means I'm going to be accosted when I go for self-serve. Come on, if I wanted to be over-sold, I'd go to the full-service line. If you want a good self-serve wash at a decent price without being attacked by a pushy, rude salesperson, I suggest going elsewhere - I'm going to now.
