The most incompetent staff I have ever worked with. I was very happy when they took my case, but they just did not come through. The case manager did not even have my birthday right in their system after multiple emails telling her to change it. In addition, she said she was in contact with my doctors and would get the documentation, yet when I called my doctors they never got a request from the lawyer staff to obtain the paperwork. The case manager also failed to put the correct doctors in my file despite multiple emails letting her know who my doctors were. 6 months into my case after multiple emails and phone calls, I found out my lawyer changed but I didn't get communication that there was a transition. Because of how long everything took to process (the case manager said the documentation would only need 4 weeks to process), my case was rejected by the property. Slip and fall cases should be timely and they did not seem in a rush to get it done (due to them collecting a monthly fee if you win). My case was eventually dropped. I am still having pain and I wish that this law firm would have been more competent.
