  • The coffee and bakery here is excellent with a really relaxed atmosphere for hanging out or getting work done. However, the customer service is pretty consistently terrible. Baristas are rather unfriendly, well they pick and choose who they will give good service to and who they will all but ignore. One time, my iced coffee was watery and visibly so. Instead of apologizing and replacing it, the barista just stirred it and handed it back to me, saying that's how it was supposed to be.
