  • A rare 5 star review (check my rating distribution). For me to give 5 stars, the place has to be so good that I cannot wait to come back........my first visit, and I'm a.ready planning the next trip! I got the sliced brisket and pulled pork......both were so flavorful that they didn't really need any sauce, but I used just a slight splatter. The brisket had a beautiful smoke ring, and the pork was perfectly tender. The loaded mash was really good as well.....tons of great favors. My wife doesn't like meat, so she got the catfish po boy, and loved it. Then she tried some of my pulled pork, and loved it even more! She now wants to come back and get the pork! Thank you Rollin Smoke, you have brought my wife over to the dark side, and we can now enjoy BBQ together! One last thing, everyone there is super friendly, and even the pit master came out to see how we were enjoying our food. It is evident to me that everyone there really takes pride in serving a superior product! I'll be back, even though it is in a "medium scary" neighborhood!
