  • Our Fountain Hills' HOA relies on GVPM to not only manage the "day to day" issues associated with living in a regulated community, but we also like their assurances that our Board is up to date on management and legal issues potentially affecting each of our owners. An HOA needs a competent management company to assure that nothing "falls through the cracks," particularly because Board members are volunteering their time out of their already very busy lives and can only contribute just so much time and attention. GVPM accomplishes this very well as agent for the Board, and our Board appreciates their pro-activity and followup in all of these areas.
