| - I've been to Fogo De Chao probably 5 or 6 times now, and this experience was probably the worst. You know what they say...you usually don't write good reviews all the time, but when you experience a bad one, you'll surely write one. This is the case last night. The times we do go, its usually on a Friday or Saturday night, but this time we went on a Thursday night. The food was great as usual, but the service was god awful. It was extremely slow. So everyone knows their concept, you drop 60 bucks for all you can eat meat and their salad bar. They have guy walking around with meats and they stop by your table, well on this night it seemed our table was completely invisible to them. So we arrived in a pretty big group, there were about 15 of us. We arrived at 6:00 PM and started eating at 6:15. From 6:15 to 6:45 only one "guacho" came to our table. We addressed it with our waiter who was extremely friendly and helpful, but she really couldn't do much. When she finally did tell them, they would come to our table and offer meat to couple of people, then walk away. We were to the point where we were trying to flag people down! The gaucho's with chicken and pork stopped by out table frequently, but I didn't pay 60.00 bucks for chicken, I wanted the red meat!
Overall, extremely disappointing experience for sure. It got to the point where, I wasn't even full or satisfied, but just gave up on flagging those jokers down and flipped the card to red. Matay. I give up. Maybe it was just a weekend, understaff or whatever, but it was truly a disappointing night and the service was pathetic.
