| - Stay away from Bennett Medical!! If I could rate them a "0" I would. I have used a cpap for almost 10 years. I previously used Bennett Medical but ended up leaving them and going over to "Preferred Healthcare" because of inferior service when ordering cpap supplies. They never answer their phones and it always goes to voicemail and you wait over a week for anyone to call you back to speak to a live person. It usually is their automatic recorded ordering line that gets back to you and if you have a question you cannot ask the robotic voice and have to hang up and try to reach a live person in Vegas. In April 2016 I gave Bennett Medical another chance with my doctor's office. A few months later I needed a new headgear because the "wisp" headgear is so cheaply made the Velcro straps lose their sticking material and you have to use a paper clip or safety pin to keep the straps together so it fits your head. Their response was "it's consider normal wear and tear". Really?? Doesn't last even 3 months but you have to wait at least 6 months for another per insurance rules. When I contacted the office for the filters, they asked if I needed other supplies like a new hose. I had to tell the girl taking the order a minimum of SIX times, NO I don't need another hose. Guess what? They shipped one anyway. I called billing and told them my insurance was not paying for something I didn't need replacing and I was contacting my insurance to let them know. Well, it was now November 29, 2016 and I could order my new headgear. I called Bennett twice weekly, left messages to call me, then a recorded call came, but I couldn't just order my headgear. I hung up and called Bennett back, but then no one ever called me. I contacted my pulmonary doctor and told them I was sick of Bennett Medical not returning calls for medical equipment and speaking to a live person. My pulmonary doctor's nurse faxed Bennett Medical to contact me about supplies. Well, now it's December 8, 2016 and I finally get a live person. I let her know the only reason Bennett was calling me back was because I had to complain to my doctor to get the correct cpap supply. She gave excuses people were ordering in December and they were busy. I told her I had been trying since late November to get my headgear. Again, excuse after excuse. I had to call back last week on December 22, 2016 to ask where my headgear replacement was. The guy said it was ordered on December 8th and it should be arriving any day now. Well, today is December 27, 2016. I called Bennetts billing office to check if I was billed for a headgear and when would it arrive. According to "Angelica", there was a "computer error in ordering" and she would need to call the main number like myself and tell someone there to call me. I called Bennett at 2:30pm today and left a message to contact me. I also contacted my pulmonary doctor's office to tell them after I get my headgear, I am changing over to "Apria" since the TWO major cpap suppliers in Vegas are poorly run. Let's see how Apria handles my future ordering. So again, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM BENNETT MEDICAL BECAUSE THEY DONT GIVE A DARN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!
