  • I recently moved, and needed to transfer my internet service. I called to set up an appointment for an installation and was told it was going to be $50. I scheduled the timeframe of 1-3pm, but the technician came at 9:30am. I wasn't even fully awake yet. I asked why she was here so early, she said there was a mistake and I had 2 appointments scheduled. A few days later, my bill was updated and I noticed that I was charged $75 for the installation that was supposed to be $50.
